Thank you for taking the time to familiarize yourself with my expectations for our date.

Whiles "rates" and "'gifts" have their own page, there is a lot more to making meetings run smoothly.

Hygiene - Keep Your Masculine Musk to Yourself!

All gentlemen will be asked to wash hands and use mouthwash, so please do not be offended. :-)

Please use the 2 hr guideline for all meetings;
If it has been more than 2 hrs since you had a good soapy shower, please help yourself to my facilities. I will/do ask everyone how long its been since their last shower, so please do not take offense when this happens.
This
will help you avoid the awkwardness of me having to ask you to take one
and if it has been more than 2 hrs I will be left with no choice.
And I can tell! - I keep a Do Not See list and lying about showering or

coming out not fully fresh WILL get you added.

Those of you who think this doesn't apply to you...ARE the
problem, you are only limiting the level of service you will receive (
no BLS or DFK for example ) and your chances are being invited back!

Promptness.

As stated in my "blog", I do rely on your attention to promptness. There is no need to be early. We agree to meet at a very specific time, please arrive at this time.
Appointments later than 15 minutes will be considered a cancellation.

Discretion.

I DO NOT discuss rates or services via phone or text if you persistently mention money or details of what you would like to take place during our time, I will not see you.
As well, any vulgarity, mention of drugs, or attempts to negotiate donation will fast track you to my Do Not See list.
You will be asked to write down my address and info. This insures that there is no need to be calling me from in or around my building, including my intercom.
To my horror I have had to deal with clients shouting my working name into the intercom and even from the lobby of my hotel while on tour.
Please don't let this happen again.

Most clients DO repeat.
Please insure that you will be invited back to play another day!
